If you email us, we receive the address you write from, your message, and any details you choose to include, such as a project name or a wallet address you paste into the email.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, date and time, referring URL, and the pages requested. We use those logs to keep the site available, diagnose errors, and protect it against abuse.

This site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not run third-party advertising cookies or sell personal information.

We use information to:

• reply to submissions and support messages;
• operate, secure, and improve the directory;
• meet record-keeping duties that apply to our business;
• detect fraud, abuse, and sanctions-related risk on our own channels.

We do not use your information to build a saleable marketing profile, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Exchange, wallet, and event-contract services are provided by regulated partners, not by the DEX protocols listed in the directory. When you use those services, the partner collects the identity information its AML/KYC program requires, including sanctions screening. That collection is governed by the partner’s own privacy notice.

All services run under a comprehensive AML/KYC program with sanctions screening. CezFinancial LLC does not store copies of identity documents collected by those partners through their own onboarding.

Review pages link to third-party protocols and websites. Some of those links are referral links. If you follow one, that site will process your data under its own policy. We do not control those sites.

If you reached dapp.sale from an advertisement, the advertising platform may process data about that click under its own policy.

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward in case of a follow-up or a legal claim. Server logs are kept only as long as our host retains them for security and operations.
